MASSAGE PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Pre-Paid massage packages are offered by Unbound Massage ABN: 78017696461 and are subject to the below terms and conditions.

  • Services may be provided by therapists employed by or sub-contracted by Unbound Massage.

  •  Massage packages are offered at a discounted rate for pre-payment. As such, the credit applied to your account will expire in accordance with the table below:

6 Massage Packages – 8 Months from the date of purchase

12 Massage Packages – 16 Months from the date of purchase

  • Packaged treatments are able to be combined to a maximum of 2 hours per treatment at no further discount.

  • Splitting of treatments is not permissible for packaged services.

  • All services purchased under this package are for in clinic treatment only. Mobile services within normal mobile coverage areas attract a $50.00 travel surcharge per visit.

  • This purchase is for a specific number of treatments, for a specific treatment duration. As such no further discounts will apply and any increase in regular service prices will not affect packages purchased prior to that price increase.

  •  Treatments are fully transferrable at any time, upon receipt of written confirmation from the original purchaser. No extension on package expiry is guaranteed.

  •  Credit expiry may be extended upon receipt of a request from the purchaser, in writing, at least seven days before scheduled expiry at the sole discretion of Unbound Massage.

  •  If no therapist is available due to any reason other than high booking volume, the expiry period will be extended by the number of days the therapist has been unavailable.

  •  Unbound Massage reserves the right to engage suitably qualified and experienced sub-contractors in order to provide services in times of high booking volumes or primary therapist unavailability.

  •  All other regular terms of service apply to any and all services provided by Unbound Massage
